The Marriage Mobile
Continuing from last night’s post of our wonderful Saturday night, how do you know when your friend is getting married? No, it’s not the marriage email. It’s wedding magazines all over the backseat of the new family car!!
This was after dinner at Hanabi. I have a couple of pictures, but they don’t do justice to our meal.
That was after most of dinner. Next time I should set a tripod and a vidcam to see the number of plates of sashimi we go through.
After a very full dinner, heading to the Marriage Mobile!
Since Prof. Margaret Chan brought us to Hanabi more than a year ago, it’s been a favourite of mine. I have to say $40 for that spread is pretty decent, especially if you wriggle your way to stay more than two hours. But y’know, we’re always open to trying new things, so if you have a recommendation for a place that serves great Japanese food, comment!

i don’t like hanabi. food was only average.
ikoi at miramar hotel. top notch, better than hanabi. only very very very slightly costlier.
@fiancee: eh where got! I like!
@boohoodi: hello! ikoi was our first choice that night but it was full. I must say the food there is pretty good too!
the last time my friend was there, she saw roaches running over the sashimi.
