Annoying Gym People
Last week I got a call from a sales guy at True Fitness.
“Hello is this Daryl?”
“Yes?”
“Er you had a two week trial with us previously right?”
“Yes…”
“So did you become a member?”
“No. But you already knew that if not you won’t be calling me right?”
“Er….”
Seriously?! Stop insulting my intelligence. I know you’re calling me for a sales pitch, so just get to it.

The question and the reply is hilarious!
Too bad most sales peeps don’t even get the chance to talk more before I say “no” and put the phone down.
