June Resolution – Maintain Inbox Zero

Inbox Zero

Inbox Zero

May’s resolution actually went pretty well with helping me de-clutter stuff around my room, but I’m going to aim for a more mental thing this month and work on maintaining Inbox Zero on a daily basis.

Too long have I had the bad habit of letting something sit in my email telling myself I’ll “do it later” or “at a better time” but the truth is, there’s no better time than now. Going back to it later means having to re-read the email and re-think about what to reply, which takes double the time.

As I mentioned, this is really more of a mental exercise than anything else, and I’ll be using daily reminders from Task.fm to remind me to reach Zero every evening.

What are you going to do this month?
